About the job
First and foremost, we are looking for more than the run-of-the-mill BDR; If you are hungry for success and wish to join a performance-driving company with great career opportunities, then you will get all the support and coaching you need at Netigate to reach your goals. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying and generating high-value opportunities for our Sales Executives to close.
The compensation package includes a commission structure.
What you will do
- Develop the Nordic market by building a pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach to senior leaders
- Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization, from the frontline to the C-Suite
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and provide support during the sales process
- You will be working towards carefully selected industries where Netigate has a strong offering
- Use rejection as fuel to motivate you to work harder and smarter
- Utilize our sales techs stacks such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, and SalesScreen to connect with prospects

Requirements
- You have exceptional Swedish and English language skills – both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with high-level executives
- A desire to learn new skills and be part of a team that is challenging the status quo
- Experience in working with businesses in the Nordic region is merited, but not required
- A team player with a drive to improve yourself and the people you work with
- Highly organized
