About the role
As a Technical Project Manager you will become a part of our Professional Services team. You advise our customers in all phases of their survey project and take over the support and implementation of technical requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You need a strong understanding of software development methodologies, technical background, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
- Planning and managing customer projects
- Technical advisory to customers and colleagues
- Create and distribute surveys in Netigate based on the customer's needs
- Implementation of custom solutions and integrations (such as API)
To fit in the role, it would be great if you:
- Are a skilled project manager
- Comfortable in Excel
- Are fluent in both English and Swedish
- Have a good understanding of API
- Experience with SPF/DKIM/whitelist is a plus
If you, in addition to the above, are a team player, good at problem resolution, are service-minded, and customer-focused you might be the perfect candidate!
