About the role 
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with customers across many emerging markets. You will have a unique opportunity to learn about different businesses and challenges they face. In your role you have to be a really good relationship builder, business oriented, be driven by results and take ownership of your own customers to maximize the value of their use of Netigate.  

Main areas:  

  • Customer Satisfaction - Strengthen the relationship with your customers  and to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Renewing contracts Drive and manage the renewals process in collaboration with your customer teamDevelop and execute win/win negotiation strategies with your customers that maximize contract value and minimize attrition while protecting and enhancing customer trust. 
  • Identify customer requirements - Uncover roadblocks and show strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.
  • Coordination of customer inquiries - You will work closely with all departments, Tech/Product, Professional Services, New sales and Support to ensure customers delivery. 
  • Consultative – Together with your customer team you will strategically guide your customers within our three main focus areas, Employee Experience, Customer Experience and Market Research.  

We are looking for a person that is: 

  • Powered by sales to existing customers and to develop our customer relationships, with the customer in focus.  
  • We believe that you have previously worked with B2B sales for 1-5 years.  
  • If you have previously worked with a SaaS solution, it is highly meritorious. 
  • Can develop customers at all levels. With us you get the freedom to work independently with your customer portfolio, with support from your manager, your customer team and other internal resources. We offer a challenge for you who are ready for the next step in your career in sales and customer relations. 
  • Naturally good at relationships and collaborations. At the same time, you are quick to pick up signals, regardless if it’s business opportunities or dissatisfaction. 
  • Native speaking in Swedish and fluent in English. If you also have good knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or German, it’s a merit. 
  • If you have knowledge in Salesforce, it's a merit.
  • Have basic knowledge of the office package (excel, powerpoint etc)
