Your Role at a Glance
As a Marketing Manager Nordics you will be a part of Netigate’s Marketing team. You will be measured on enhancing our brand visibility for the Nordic region, improving the Marketing Funnel performance, and support Netigate’s journey of becoming a thought leader within the field of Customer Experience and Employee Experience. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and have a dotted-line to the global Marketing funcions that support the regional Marketing Managers.
In the role as Marketing Manager Nordics you will execute on the global marketing strategy and plan to make sure we are generating and capturing demand for Netigate. A big part of your responsibility will be to find effective ways to promote our solutions in the Nordics, while at the same time follow global company and marketing strategy. Day to day work will include planning and creation of content, copy, and campaigns. We believe you love to execute and get things done, you are organised and focused with ability to drive diverse projects in the same time period.
This position is a maternity leave cover for a period of approximately 1–1.5 years, depending on the start date. A potential permanent role following this period will be reviewed during the assignment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Contribute to global marketing strategy and planning
Act as a trusted sparring partner for our Nordics Sales team
Develop and execute local demand-gen and demand-capture programs targeted at prospects in the Nordics
Ideate and organize virtual and physical events in the Nordics
Maintain and optimize the Nordics website, as well as create or localise content (blog articles, landing pages, whitepapers, pieces of research, case studies, newsletters,..) that will increase traffic and conversion
Support our PR and media activities in the Nordics
Support paid acquisition via digital ads in the Nordics
Gather customer and market insights for the Nordics to inform future activities and increase conversion
Report on relevant marketing metrics for the Nordics
Your Profile
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
You have at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in Marketing in areas such as: Field marketing, Content Marketing, Search engine Marketing, Event, PR.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity to build relationships with colleagues in different departments.
You are an independent doer with a growth and business mindset.
You like to learn and keep yourself up-to-date on new marketing ideas and technology.
You have experience with WordPress and Hubspot, as well as other popular marketing tech.
You are not a designer, but you can edit graphic files in Figma or Adobe Express with ease.
