We, a joyous group of people located in Stockholm at Drottninggatan, are now looking for a Full-time International Marketing Acquisition Manager to our Marketing department. With us, you will find a high-pace environment where a day is never the same. About the role:

You will play a key role in the marketing department. You are responsible for generating leads in digital channels globally, both organically and paid, included SEM, social media, display, content marketing etc.You will be responsible for executing strategic as well as operational projects within growth marketing. You will work in a cross-functional team and you will guide colleagues to make sure that your project reaches goals. You make sure that the sales department will get relevant information continuously so they can act better and faster on leads. 


  • You will work together with the CMO to oversee the development and delivery of marketing & channel strategy. 
  • You will improve our performance marketing efforts and increasing the quantity and quality of leads with focus on the german speaking markets.
  • Campaign management and optimization, for channels such as Google ads, LinkedIn and Facebook. 
  • Drive change in the organization. Constantly on outlook for new and improved ways of doing things.
  • Communicate information and results. 
  • Prioritize to ensure that resources are spent on the most relevant channels.
  • Contribute with insights and data-driven decisions regarding marketing strategy and show performance.  


  • Strong Business drive.
  • International experience, working towards DACH is something we would highly value.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing. 
  • Data-driven and doer-attitude. 
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills, collaborating with colleagues in multiple locations. 
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing practices. 
  • A creative approach to deliver on results and solution oriented. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working to tight deadlines and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in German is something we would value.

  • Pardot 
  • Google Ads 
  • Google suite (analytics, search console etc) 
  • Wordpress/Yoast 
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
  • Facebook Business Manager 
  • Facebook pixel and targeting 
  • Ahref 
  • If you know design and the Adobe-suite that is definitely something we would value 
  • UTM-tagging and reporting
