Your Role at a Glance

As a Team Lead Marketing  you will shape our global marketing strategy alongside the Chief Commercial Officer while staying hands-on in daily operations. Your mission: increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure the global success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth-driven B2B/SaaS marketing strategy in collaboration with the CCO
• Stay hands-on in daily operations, managing and optimizing marketing initiatives across all channels
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance marketing performance and efficiency
• Oversee lead generation, demand generation, and brand positioning to drive measurable business growth
• Analyze data, track KPIs, track budget spendings, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a leader in marketing, ideally in a fast-growing company with focus on SaaS solutions and/or B2B marketing
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing, automation tools, and performance marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and growing teams
• Fluent in English (Swedish and German is a plus).
