Your Role at a Glance
This role is a pure new business sales position — ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building something from the ground up. As a Sales Executive UK, you will take full ownership of identifying, engaging, and closing new customers in the UK market. You’ll work independently to develop opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and bring in new logos. As a proactive self-starter with a passion for solution selling, you will play a key role in Netigate’s international growth - with the autonomy, responsibility, and momentum to make a real impact. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week in our Stockholm office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the UK market
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
- Present tailored solutions and conduct effective sales meetings
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Build and maintain a healthy, high-conversion pipeline
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
- Regularly reporting to the Head of New Sales
Your Profile
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the UK market
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Native-level communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and decision-making structures
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills
