Your Role at a Glance

We are looking for a curious and analytical Financial Controller who thrives on turning numbers into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business performance through data-driven analysis, clear communication, and actionable recommendations. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting, your primary focus will be on cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.

You will collaborate closely with budget owners across the organization, helping them make smarter, insight-led decisions. You value data quality, automation, and setting clear KPI targets, and you're always looking for ways to enhance financial reporting and forecasting processes.

This is a role with room to grow – over time, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in business controlling or broaden your responsibilities, depending on your interests and the evolving needs of the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting
  
• Analyze variances and track budget performance
  
• Partner with teams to support financial decisions
  
• Develop and maintain insightful financial reports using BI tools
  
• Help set targets and align actions with strategic goals
  
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar finance role
  
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and accounting principles
• Comfortable working across both strategic and operational levels
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with modern BI tools
• Fluent in English and Swedish, in both written and verbal communication
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Positive energy, creative mindset, and a collaborative attitude
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business is a plus
