Your Role at a Glance

As a SEO & GEO Specialist, you will shape and execute our organic growth strategy across traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences. You will collaborate closely with the global Marketing team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, combining technical SEO expertise, strong content instincts, and data-driven decision-making to increase visibility and measurable impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor (gap) analysis, and content/cluster optimisation.

• Drive technical SEO improvements (e.g., page speed, indexation, site structure, structured data) and manage SEO projects end-to-end.

• Write, review, and structure content to perform well in traditional search and AI-driven search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT).

• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance using Piwik Pro, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and GEO monitoring tools.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and design teams to implement improvement plans - supported by dashboards, KPI reporting, and AI-powered efficiency tools.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with solid knowledge across technical, content, and authority SEO.

• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as GA4 or Piwik Pro, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and GEO monitoring solutions.

• Experience with AI-driven content automation workflows (e.g., Jasper, Byword, WPSEO), including scalable content creation and automated publishing pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategy, clear reporting, and actionable insights.

• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to tailor content to specific audiences as well as AI models.

• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset, strong communication, and comfort working independently and cross-functionally.

• Excellent command of English and Swedish or German.

• Nice to have: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML knowledge.
