Your Role at a Glance
As a Product Marketing Manager, you own the positioning and messaging for Netigate’s product portfolio and help bring our products to market successfully - from strategic launches to lifecycle programs that measurably improve adoption, retention, and expansion. In this role, you report directly to the CMO.
This is a hyrid role and can be either filled in our Stockholm, Helsinki or Rotterdam office.
Your Key Responsibilities
Own product positioning and messaging for Netigate’s product portfolio.
Lead strategic product launches end-to-end, ensuring clear narratives, strong internal alignment, and measurable adoption and revenue impact.
Translate complex capabilities into differentiated value propositions for enterprise buyers and multi-stakeholder decision-making groups.
Partner closely with Product leadership to bring market, customer, and competitive insights into roadmap priorities.
Enable Sales and Customer Success with enterprise-ready materials (pitch decks, battlecards, use cases, training).
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion through lifecycle initiatives and targeted GTM programs.
Own release communication and in-product adoption flows using product marketing tooling (e.g., Intercom, Beamer, Storylane) to support onboarding, feature discovery, and release logs.
Track and improve performance using metrics across pipeline influence, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
Your Profile
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in an enterprise or scale-up environment.
Proven ownership of enterprise GTM strategy, positioning, and launches with measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills: able to simplify complexity without losing credibility.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with adoption, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
Experience with product marketing and in-product communication tools (e.g., Intercom, Beamer, Storylane, HubSpot, or similar).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
High ownership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently.
