Your Role at a Glance
The role optimizes and maintains Netigate's internal systems and IT operations to ensure data-driven decision-making and efficient internal operations. During the first year, a key priority will be integrating systems and processes from a newly acquired company, establishing unified data flows and reporting structures across the group. Primary focus is to ensure stable IT environments, reliable data flows, and actionable insights from business data.
We seek someone passionate about technology, specifically system setup and integrations to support data-driven business decisions. This requires a business mindset to understand organizational needs, combined with a strong willingness to learn and curiosity to grow into the role. Potential and learning ability are valued more highly than extensive technical experience. This role reports to the CFO, with close collaboration with the CIO and Head of Internal IT with hybrid working model with 3 days per week on-site required.
Your Key Responsibilities
System Support & Data Analytics
Support cross-functional teams with system configuration, data quality, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and efficient workflows.
Key tasks:
Ensure data quality across systems
Design and maintain data pipelines: extract and aggregate data, apply AI-powered analytics, and deliver insights to operational systems and dashboards
Configuration and improvements within Salesforce, Business Central, and Bright Analytics
Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure quality of data flows and integrations
Handle system-related tickets linked to reporting structures and data
Document processes and system configurations
Internal IT Support
Deliver high-quality end-user support and maintain a stable and secure IT environment across the organization.
Key tasks:
Manage support tickets via phone, email, remote access, and on-site
Support and troubleshoot hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, and internal applications
Administer and troubleshoot within Entra ID/AD and the Microsoft Admin Portal
Manage accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and user equipment
Coordinate with external suppliers when needed
Work with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira)
Your Profile
Highly skilled in Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)
Experience with Entra ID/AD, the Microsoft Admin Portal, and hardware troubleshooting
Understanding of data aggregation, data flows, and system integration
Interest in AI-assisted analytics and willingness to learn data analysis tools
Azure experience is a plus
Coding skills (e.g., Python), especially for automation or data handling
Experience with Salesforce, Business Central, or BI tools (such as Bright Analytics) is beneficial but not required
Business-oriented mindset, understanding what creates value for the company
Service-oriented, solution-driven, and strong collaborator
Structured and detail-oriented, with interest in both user support and system work
Flexible and self-driven, capable of handling shifting priorities
Fluent in English and Swedish
